Jeremy was first exposed to drama when he joined his secondary school’s drama club, with the assumption that he will gain CCA points just by playing drama games. However, he later discovered the power of drama through his personal experience and has never looked back since. His experience with drama has inspired him and motivated him to pursue a career in drama education and theatre.
Jeremy firmly believes that all children, no matter their backgrounds or needs, should have access to quality arts education and experiences.
Jeremy is excited to be a Resident Drama Educator with The Learning Connections (TLC), and he aims to create meaningful drama experiences in class with his students. Beyond his role as a drama educator, Jeremy also hopes to contribute and be a part of the important advocacy work that TLC does for young children through drama education.
Jeremy is a graduate from LASALLE College of the Arts with a Diploma in Performance (2016), and he also possesses a certificate of competency after graduating from SDEA’s Drama Pedagogy course (2019).
